Hello, I have a suggestion regarding the support channel since alot of questions is actually repeated and there isn't much of productivity an automatic response channel can be made which the members can use to get fast answers by the bot. Also further productivity can be added such as Videos made by Tencent to configure the game sensitivity, graphics, explain the concept of the game, what is actually a battle royal game. I went through the walk-through videos on the official YouTube channel but there isn't any explanation for what the game really is like what are Ar weapons why are they different from each other etc. Short 5 min videos for example can be used to explain different things Ingame for example like what PUBG did take a look at https://youtu.be/BngjqGM2J6w such videos are very useful for the community specially that you can actually hear what he is explaining not like the walk through just a silent match. It may feel unnecessary since most of the people understand what pubgm is but what about new players most of the time they are completely lost and they just leave the game.
