How about changing that to the match winners + MVPs? The squad match we won was a 1v3 clutch at the end by our teammate. If he simply died to them he would have got the role. Kinda ruins the whole point of trying to win.

Hello @woven hound about the last changes i have suggestion, make a channel called bugs report and the other one is feedback. In feedback anyone can express his suggestions and feedbacks as usual while the bugs report it will be more strict by making the bot follows only 1 format if the user didn't write the issue in the format it will be automatically deleted by the bot and given a warning by the bot to follow the format to submit a report. Also make the cooldown to 1 min so that when their message gets deleted they have enough time to read the format and submit a similar one. The format would

We did that in the past and it was unfortunately even less helpful for us. The majority of people does not read, but just want to get their thoughts and frustrations out in a way that is very simple for them. In the end, that is what is more valuable and accurate data for us. Barriers will hinder feedback and reports, and make it harder for us to evaluate how many people share the same views or are impacted by the same issues. After all, it is the community team's and not the players' job to filter the data, so we would like to try to make it as easy and straightforward as possible for the players when we notice that they are having difficulties following established protocols.

No, this was a serious and unexpected issue that it unfortunately took longer than expected to address. Such issues are completely out of our hand, and require careful investigation and planning to succeed. We had to test several patches before rolling them out to avoid that they would result in other and more severe issues as a result of trying to solve one issue. Rushing could have ended up with the server being unresponsive for you: it means that you would not have been able to play at all, which is significantly more fatal than a gameplay feature being temporarily unavailable. Thanks to our technical experts and your patience, the issue is now fully resolved.
