A person can harass another member, get muted and come back with a second account and freely enjoy chatting after that. The account got punished but the person behind it did not. The victim did not receive justice.

Why wasn't it removed when it was made? The name made it obvious enough that it wasn't PUBG Mobile related but no actions were taken or notice were sent to us. Don't say that the moderation team wasn't aware of it. LoR had been in there ever since it was made. Pretty sure even Piston was aware of its existence. We would have archived it ourselves if we were asked to back when we created it. I don't see the point of abruptly deleting it now.

It's a violation and yet there's no rules mentioning how threads should be used.
