As for this report, we have adjusted our policy when dealing with circumvention of punishments. It is fine if they want to participate in the server with a separate account (if their original account was issued a punishment) as long as they do not repeat their inappropriate behaviour. If they do, the same punishment on the original account will be applied for the separate account. The goal here is to de-escalate the situation.

Suggestion about feedback channel.
As every feedback is actually valuable for the developers and the players the feedback channel needs to be more managed alot of members are spamming their feedback over and over again more then 300 times which definitely will spam the channel no matter what the cooldown time is. The other bug reports either lacking accurate information or bug evidence or their essential information like id etc my suggestion would be removing the cooldown time (decrease it to a min) and adding a filtration bot that only accepts a full report and if it is a feedback they may written in the report form not available. The format would be like :

Essential information :

If the bug is confirmed and noted by the community team you can react to the report

If the bug is already fixed you can add another reaction.

Also make a channel where players can see the reported bugs which Tencent is aware of to prevent same reports of the bug over and over.
