However, we are not responsible for enforcing PUBG MOBILE's or Discord's terms of service for activities that occur outside of our Discord server. Please find a detailed explanation in this channel's pinned messages to get a better overview of why our standard procedure is to not accept such reports.

Keep in mind that if we suspend someone from our server when they have done nothing wrong here, we might end up worsening the situation. At the moment, things seem to be peaceful with those users, but if we suspend them for activities that took place in another server, the users may try to get revenge and cause trouble that did not exist before we took the action.

When livestream cheaters come to our server appealing a well-deserved copyright strike, we provide an answer and then suspend them if they keep repeating the same questions. The moderator who took action on yesterday's report may have confused the two matters, but everything was clarified shortly after.

That is understandable, but as said, we may only worsen the situation by suspending them when they have done nothing wrong in this server. Voice channels can be very difficult to moderate due to various reasons: one being not being able to record or note down evidence properly for each user like we can with text-based violation or have any proof of the user saying something that violates our #735483472432594994, and it is the very reason why we do not actively moderate it, nor assign moderators tasks to specifically moderate this particular part of the server regularly. Hence, we recommend server members to use the built-in mute functionality for users that are disturbing. We would only ever intervene when the voice channels are interrupted by a raid or other violations, be it playing excessively loud noise, audio or music through your microphone or any other voice channel #735483472432594994 violation, which would render the voice channel unusable for other server members.

The server member made a report, our job is to verify, take action, and reply to his inquiry, which is happened already. The member has been notified that we do not moderate the vc channels and he may use the mute function if he does not feel comfortable.
Few members confirmed the incidents, yet it does not proof anything so for the fairness of the action taken, I joined the voice chat and verbally warned each one of them not to conduct such reports that might bother/cause disturbance to other server members like you.

You have been arguing all this time, when no one accused you of anything and all we asked for is to behave and to avoid engaging with those members.

If you believe that this is wrong, new video evidence will be required for a new inspection. Therefore, you may sometimes notice that the player you are spectating is shooting at someone who is invisible to you, but who is clearly visible to the spectated player.
More inspections of the same video evidence will not be performed when the report has been marked as Not Warranted.
