However, beyond the level role system, we feel that we do not need to restrict members' ability to attach files in our public channels. For example, a member with the Mythic role and above might want to upload a screenshot to a channel in order to provide guidance to someone else. If we did not have a level role system in place to delegate privileges based on members' activity, as well as their experience with the server and its guidelines, we would most definitely have wanted to impose a restriction similar to the one you are suggesting here. With other words, if everyone had the ability to attach files in our public channels, we would have applied a different set of configurations.
