The reported users have been conversing in English primarily, and were using non-English phrases when the active users in the channel at that moment understood the phrases.

While the user's previous complaint about not being able to join the conversations, there do not seem to be any attempt from their end to join the conversations which were reported, in the message linked above, nor were the reported messages interrupting them in any way.

Why is this not witch hunting?

The guidelines do state 'languages' other than English is not allowed.

The first two reports were just images in a completely English conversation.

Most are just random one liners in an entire English conversation.

Out of all those reports I could agree a couple or three were violations, then again it only further proves that the member was clearly witch hunting and was lucky to have included a couple or three so so violation reports and can be warned about witch hunting.

We all know what the member is trying to attain by reporting like this by looking at his message history in the support channels, and this is definitely not the way to achieve it.
