There is no option to change the region in your account because your account is registered or created in the EEA regions, you either intentionally or mistakenly selected an EEA country while creating your character, or have switched your country to one of the EEA regions. Once you have to transfer your data into one of the EEA regions, there is no way to out due to the GDPR laws. So your only option is to create a new account or continue playing in the global English version of PUBG MOBILE. There is no other way to change your region. If you have any further questions regarding this issue, feel free to contact the in-game customer service.

There are alot of other links that the game offer such as Email link which is independent to the game only. If your account is only linked to a social media link and you lost that link there is no way to recover your account at all. I suggest making a new account and make sure to link more then 1 social media account to avoid losing the account.

Hello, Regarding the account security help and support while trying to file a claim and clicking on the columns to give an answer it glitches and nothing come up on the screen.
This issue I experienced it only on iOS but it works fine on android.

This is not a glitch or bug to be fixed some time it happens but it automatically fixed.

my problem is
someone used my password and logged in to my account and he activated the secondary verification process with his mobile number and i cant login using my twitter or my gmail because it request the secondary verification code and i dont have it
i need to reset it or to disabled this so i can log again normally and get back my account

There is no limit to log into an account on the same device.
