The game isn’t allowing to me enter matches, takes ages on the loading screen then a pop up saying can’t connect to the server telling me to restart the game pops up. When trying to load into the game it goes to the lobby then it popups recommended things to delete which is 3.1gb but the game is frozen and after a bit my game crashes

I am broadcasting via Stream Labs and Elgato with Red Magic 6 Pro and I am broadcasting PUBG Mobile on social media platforms.
The problem is when I connect all the equipment normally, the game sound appears great, but when I turn on the microphone button inside the game for the team or the general, the game sound completely disappears from the live broadcast, and when I turn off the microphone button inside the game, the game sound comes naturally.
I contacted Red Magic support and Elgato support and they told me that the problem is with the game and not with the phone and Red Magic support told me to contact the game, to solve the problem
