Hello. I can't sign in to my email account. After entering the mail and password, a verification code comes, but after entering it, secondary verification still comes through the phone number. You can acquire the time-limited outfits by reaching the stages in the event. If you want the items permanently, you have to upgrade the rewards.
You can choose to upgrade now then play matches to reach the reward's corresponding stage later. You will receive both time-limited and permanent items together.
It will only be permanent once you reach the item's stage in the event.

If you have not reached the item’s stage in the discovery event, you will not receive the permanent item yet. You can play Classic matches to earn points, up to 130 points per day.
You upgraded the rewards to permanent upon the purchase but can only receive the items permanently upon reaching it's stage.
