Since there is a less player base with emulators, the match making may take longer than expected. The game is best experienced in mobile devices.

Disabling all preferences will give you a wider selection of players which would make your match making more effective. But, at any given time the duration it takes for a successful matchmaking depends on the number of players playing with emulator at that given time. Unfortunately, there isn’t much we can do regarding this issue.

I was having a problem to connect through ingame voice with my teammate at the time when we were playing yesterday. I was having a issue to talk with my teammate. Since Huawei nova 7i doesn't have google play service, I thought that the issue that I was facing while talking with my friend in the game was a issue related to not having google play service. Subsequently, I learned that most Huawei users are using GSPACE application for using google play service. I installed the latest GSPACE application from Huawei appgallery than and wanted to install pubg mobile inside GSPACE for using the advantages of google play service. When I tried to login into my pubg mobile account, it showed me a message what I have attached to this mail with a screenshot. After that, I thought that I am going to lose my account due to the new update of pubg mobile security.
Therefore, I uninstalled the GSPACE application immediately and installed the PUBG MOBILE application from Huawei appgallery again. After completing the installation process, I tried to login again, however I received the same message repeatedly. I could not login to my pubg mobile account anymore from than.
Is there any solution for this issue?

Hello @brazen cradle @cyan citrus my friend's phone specifications are capable of allowing him to play pubg in extreme frame rate quality (60FPS) however , everytime he manages to enable 60fps feature in game a pop-up message appeares saying "this feature will be available in your device soon" it's been months and yet he can only play in 40fps , will he ever be able to play in 60fps with his current phone??

@magic flame If your account has been compromised and you have lost access to all of your login methods, you must restore at least one of them in order to recover your PUBG MOBILE account. The customer service might not help you otherwise. Once you recover one, please contact customer service in-game.
