Tencent or PUBG MOBILE will never ask for this kind of information. Please be patient as customer service may take a while to respond. @urban jetty That is strange. It might be software issue too. The best suggestion I can give you for this issue is, go to Facebook and search for OPPO F1 PRO and join the group. Ask there if anyone is having the same problem in the PUBG MOBILE game. If they are, just ask them what they are doing to resolve it. They can help you much better than we do as they have direct experience.

Hello. Since the new update I've been facing the problem with entering battles. The loading screen appears, but nothing happens next. I'm just unable to enter the battle. Shutting down the game and reopening helps to enter the battle, but this is very annoying. Client recovery/restoration helps only for a couple of battles. What should I do? I've tried all options of recovery, but only the option "choose if nothing helps" does help (again, for a couple of battles)

@candid snow You see, it doesn’t work like that. The game doesn’t see where you are from now but where you were when you selected a Europe country. Once you choose one, there’s no going back. You intentionally or mistakenly set/changed your region to a country in Europe. Now your account has the data of a European country, and the game is unable to change it. The developers do not want you to have a bad experience; they respect the government regulations and cannot circumvent them for any players. Unfortunately, arguing about this will not help your situation in the slightest. Anything government-related—nothing can be done from the game side.
As for your access, the reason is clearly stated on the pinned message from our community team. This is not a bug or a game issue that customer service can address.
