@cyan citrus I reported them in game and now with krafton too. The fact that we have to submit to 4 or 5 different links, forms, channels is INSANE! I don't work for pubg, I shouldn't be doing the investigating for cheaters, they should have employees doing this. I play this game for fun, but that's becoming less and less everyday. Even after showing video proof, giving all the info about the players, and posting it on here I am being asked by krafton to fill our a form and give my login info (not going to happen). I shouldn't have to continue to prove what I have already proved. THIS just shows all the other fair gamers that Pubg is in fact not trying to curve the issue. Bogus "pan ban updates" and all the "we're working really hard at tencent and pubg to make this a fair gaming community..." is just talk. If you're not receiving the code on your phone it's most probably you're telecom company issue. Make sure it says success ingame when you ask for the otp code. And wait until the verification code is sent for 5 minutes before asking for new one. If you're still unable to receive the code, please contact the customer service in-game.

I am having trouble getting into Metro mode. yesterday I was still playing without any problems and after the last game, when, unfortunately, I fell together with my squad, I went to sleep. I get up this morning, try to enter the subway because I had a game with them and I get a mistake. and I tried everything I could (i.e. resetting the phone, repairing the game from the login menu, manually deleting files, deleting the entire game) to make the metro to work. I am surprised, however, that when I made the second account, I got the 5th level, the metro mode works magically there. So I don't understand the logic, as a kind of veteran of this mode (I've been playing since season 1) suddenly I can't join a game where I don't use any modified applications or illegal programs and I just can't play metro mode on my account.

You can go to the registered account in google play and remove payment options or cards you have stored. So it wont automatically detect the money.
Or try linking account to twitter or fb and unlink google, wait after 7 days and link with another google account where you did not add any payment option...or cards.

Get to security center and sign in for investigator role, do daily reviews properly trying to ban cheaters. You get +5 exxp for a review and 15 reviews per day so u get 75 exp per day and as you increase day by day so does your rewards and other stuffs!!
