@tepid lily - Using your main gmail? did your gmail synchronised with your phone updates? because gmail sometimes did the auto-synchronised itself, that’s the best question i can think of, forgive me if it’s not related to your phone/email problems.

@tepid lily you need to verify your gmail account at first before proceeding with gmail synchronising. But, that was just my thoughts about email synch. the main thing is, if your PUBG mobile needing you to verify your ID thru your gmail account via mobile numbers, make sure it is a right numbers.

To start with, please do a Routine Repair of the game from login menu and reset your device network settings. You can reset your network settings through Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Restart your device and afterwards and see if it will make any difference.

This issue gets fixed after doing a routine repair of the game for most of the cases, @prisma hornet. Please give it a try and see if it will make any difference. You cannot reduce the 7 days duration that will be needed before the account gets removed.
