we couldn't team up with our friends, so we looked up at our setting and both found out that the server was automatically changed to NORTH AMERICA instead of EUROPE
so basically we have been returned to the start rank like we are now BRONZE but we were ACE and if we wait 60 days we'll lose our tier staying in this situation.

I’m not sure if this is a problem but I noticed while playing the new Royal arena mode for few games 4-5 games, My Device become overheated very bad. This never happened to me playing classic for 3 hours straight.

Hey , I just got back to pubgm I used to play in S9-S12 but now Im back. a lot of in-game items (costumes-weapon skins and even character Sara ) is missing , was there any kind of item removal in the time I was gone or something?
Skins are added and removed weekly there’s new skins new crates etc but characters are always available I’m pretty sure

@boreal osprey I request you to contact customer service in-game if your account was hacked and hacker has linked his number in your account.Even i went through same issue in past but i have successfully recovered my account by talking to pubg customer service in-game.And i hope you have all the evidence of your account like payment receipt of First Uc purchase and payment receipt of 3 month old Uc purchase receipt of your account.
Just for my reference and to further work on this issue. Take an SS of your shotgun mastery kills as shown on the achievement (before pic) Play a match, do your SG kills. Once you are done, go to “Details” after the match, it’ll show you the number of SG kills. And then take a screenshot of the Kills on the achievement (after pic) after that match. I’d greatly appreciate it.
