Question, say I was streaming and stopped streaming (at least thought I did) a viewer saw me punch in my account info for my pubg account using twitter which it was linked and then they stole the account and switched the twitter password( but I have all the twitter info and all the google play receipts going back to 2018 for every purchase) how long would it take twitter and pubg to get my account back, they already said they’re working on it, my buddy had the same thing happen and he said it took about 3 weeks to a month

That's not possible due to user privacy.

Innocent members are sometimes affected, in which case they are normally unmuted within a couple of minutes.

It’s usual sometimes for it to take a long time for matchmaking in emulators. Unfortunately, we are not best equipped to deal with a lot of emulator issues. Feel free to contact Ingame support if you have tried all the troubleshooting methods. 
its been like this for the past 2 days , and i contacted gameloop support they told me to contact u and the ingame support is useless

Yes, I am aware of the matchmaking delays in Emulator. The game is best experienced in mobile device. The emulator matches with only likewise players and that’s the probable cause for the delay.

So I'm asking you to change me back to EU instead of waiting cuz I can't play a single game at all and i cant participate in any events.
I understand what you are saying. You play from a different region on another server. That puts you in a cross server. That explains the delays with match making , you do understand that emulator players are a small number and being an emulator player in a cross server you are bound to face these issues.

Hi I need assistance, I am an iPad player and I've been playing the new Royale Arena map (Erangel) a lot. I was playing with my friends, we made a room to compete 2v2; then all of a sudden my character stopped taking any damage mid game. I was surprised. We remade the room several times. I was the ONLY one with that glitch happening in every match we played. Now it has happened again, I've played like 5-6 games now and my character stopped taking damage. This is serious for me because to the opponent it would seem like I am hacking. Which I'M NOT. It's the original game I downloaded from App Store etc etc.
EDIT: It has only happened in the new TDM match, i've never encountered such glitch before.

As emulators have relatively less player base compared to mobile platform, a higher matchmaking time can be expected. Unfortunately, this is not something we can help with. Also, North America server has very less player base compared to other servers. It is possible that you have started to face the issue recently because you have ranked up in the game. At higher rank, the number of total players will decrease and so the matchmaking will increase as well. What I can suggest is to play at another time, try to disable matchmaking preferences or switch to a server with higher player base such as Europe.

there was such a problem played on Korea and Japan server was ranked diamond 3 decided to change server due to high ping moved to Europe server and now it shows bronze 5 in my rating and in the mode outside the rating remains a diamond 3 the bottom line is that after switching to another server, the rating title was reset and diamond 3 is shown everywhere

It's not long but the match was coming to an end. But it's evident that the guy shooting me with thompson , should've killed me, or at the very least damage me. But I didn't receive any damage.

I’m running into an issue with privacy and social in game setting. Every time I check those settings it says I have my popularity disabled, so I turn it back on and it stays like that for a short amount of time. If I go into a match then come out or simply restart it says it’s disabled again. Same goes for opt out plane finish. It’s very annoying. I’m also having an issue with my linked email, I’m trying to do the secondary protection for my account but I get no email from pubg for a verification code. Hi Admins, Sorry to bother you at this time,My team was unfairly banned due to one of my teammates using an Alt during the all talent challenge or what some players refer to as Crew Challenge. That alt is banned for 10 years. The ruling stated that we "modified the game code or data", which is saying my teammate broke through the pubg anti-cheat for CC. My whole team is now banned for 2 weeks since we played with him right before his ban, which conflicts with PMCO. Can you help my whole team get unbanned?
We have several clips and evidence from our player and his teammate that show we are indeed not hacking. All of us have been playing this game for 4 years trying to play atleast pmco qualifiers. With this ban it hinders us from getting a shot at pmco. During the last match that we’ve played for the night, King, the person who was using an alt and banned for 10 years, threw a grenade inside a shack which brought up suspicions amongst the players in the lobby. We made an argument to them that we were checking every possibilities to prevent us from getting camped. One of those possibilities was the shack. He ended up throwing a grenade on a complete assumption that he could be hiding inside and ended up killing him because the player happened to be inside. We have recordings from multiple perspectives supporting our innocence and claim that the grenade was based on an assumption. We can send you the clips that we have it was all recorded. This ban took place on the 11th of April. Thank you

This can't be reported in the community you should rather try contacting the customer support in-game or report them in match. You should be careful giving your item's to anyone.

Technically he didn't cheat, He just tricked you. The customer support button can be found by clicking on the settings and at the bottom right corner there is the customer support icon.

Sometime when i play metro royale, while loading to enter match i'll be sent back to the lobby and whatever bag n weapon i got/bring into match all dissapear. This happened numerous time dy. Spent so long in the game earning money to buy stuffs and always gone just like that. Now other player know how to cheat other players stuffs. It is VERY FRUSTRATING.

Make sure ULTRA audio is available for your phone and selected. Earphones can't generally deliver a good 3d sound you should be using a gaming headset. After all the 3d videos which you hear on youtube isn't like the game audio.

And in my other phone, only low and high sound option is available, yet 3d sound works fine.

Well what youtubers says isn't necessarily a true thing. It's impossible to ban an account just by mass reporting it or else most of the popular figures ingame would have been banned already.

Mass report does not result in a 10 year ban. Further scrutiny of the case and manually reviewing it will only result in a 10 year ban.
