When removing achievements, the give a pack or a crate, by keeping it might come in event or air drop. Its just by removing they give it in crates or packs for 3k uc or 1.5k uc or crates it takes upto 10k uc. Thats how they earn for items part, other than that achievements is not based on money. Just if they dont remove and it stays it can do good. And give items in air drops for AG currency for achievements be it skin or gears...

i was banned for apparently matching with cheaters but I do not know who if anyone cheated in any of my squads. I played with multiple different people yesterday and met most of them for the first time and literally aded them that day. (Its fortunatelly a non permanent ban but i am still unhappy as I got banned even though I did not match with cheaters to my knowlege)
