This could be because you have high rank on your main account compared to the other account, @craggy grove. Unfortunately, matchmaking is not much we can help with as it totally depends on how many players are currently playing the game. What I would suggest is to change your matchmaking settings such as to disable Match by Language option or try to switch to a different map.

If you are no longer in the Top 500 which means you will be in Ace, I believe you will be demoted to Platinum 2. If you maintain the Conqueror tier or reach Ace Master/Ace Dominator, you should be demoted to Platinum 1.

It could be a glitch. May be the firs time you died. Your death was registered just as the island disappeared and you would’ve used up the spawn when you landed. That’s just my guess. Check if it happens again.

It end the conversation with saying try to recover the account on your social media. When the problem is the hacker added a secondary authentication to log in, so if I try to log in the hacked receives a code to their device phone number

I really want to report the current situation in this game, Emulator Support is totally dead, there is no improvements i can see from PUBG side, First of all we dont get lobby, we emulator paki players can only play LIVIK we are not even be able to get erangel lobby. Second major issue is that even in that livik lobby out of 52 players, 30-40 players use esp hacks. How can fair players even compete? everyone out there is using xray visions and pushing rank. I dont find any purpose of playing this game anymore. I m sick of this memory hack gameloop and pubg is doing nothing to fix it. What should we do with our emulators? shall be sell it and switch to mobile, security is very tight in mobile devices but when you look in emulator, there is 0 progress. Can we even get a fairplay enviornment?

It usually happens with devices as more updates come. That’s why it is important to make sure you run the game on a device that slightly is update focused. Try reducing the fps and check if it runs without lag.

Got it! In-game latency depends mostly on your network environment, the server you are playing on and your internet connection. Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection and try to reset your network settings. You can reset your network settings through Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Restart your device and see if it will make any difference.

If you're not receiving the code on your phone it's most probably you're telecom company issue. Make sure it says success ingame when you ask for the otp code. And wait until the verification code is sent for 5 minutes before asking for new one. If you're still unable to receive the code, please contact the customer service in-game.
