Hi, I am having an issue where the only map I can match for is Erangel, Erangel Event, or Livik Event. The error began once I reached Ace tier. I cannot enter Miramar, Vikendi, Karakin or Sanhok. I have watched the wait time cross 30 minutes. Nothing.

Pubg you need to do something about your servers. My internet is stable but the server #had unstable connection. I lost my entire metro load out on the loading screen and it put me back in the lobby with nothing. You should compensate. Reporting feature in the game should do something about not just say #sorry.I am now seeing this issue with other players. If you are not going to compensate with metro cash or restored load outs you need to post something about unstable servers so people aren’t losing the gear they grind to get.

it’s been almost a month now dealing with hackers on my acc which my social media & emails got hack and I followed the way the support asked. After 7 days I finally retrieve both of my social media account back and both would b unlinked i successfully link with a new ones but what happen is the hacker can get access through from my linked email which is a different email I use from the social media. Because of the newest update that allows everyone to unlink linked email now results in having me unable to unlink it because the email got fully dominated by them and the requirements needed. They could log in from there I believe that email got hacked overall and I can’t retrieve in any ways, linked phone number got removed as well. ( I can still log in with social media btw ) So I tried to reach out to support again and gave them the evidence like receipts on their requirements list but it takes time for them to reply few days ago. It was until yesterday or two days ago when I try to log in, I receive a 7 days ban on the acc so that’s why I can’t enter the acc to check on the support centre. This is because he already sold my acc around to a sec or third or fourth party unknown amount of users playing on my account. Today idk how maybe with parallel space again they successfully hacked my Twitter account AGAIN ( this is a new Twitter with a new email account ) so I’m thinking the next social media would be targeted to get remove and maybe he’s using the ban to wait for result to get my social media removed ( just my expectations ) I was so worried on the idea that if my account got ban for so many times and as what they mention 10 years ban would become the worst nightmare. No , you won’t need it now. When you login through a new device. A verification code will be sent to your number that you linked. Once that is entered on the new device now that device is secured. This will prevent people using your account on new devices because they will not have access to the verification code sent to your phone number. I hope I cleared the doubt and answered your question
