Your iPhone should support 90fps as well as '' extreme graphics" no doubt, regarding your issue, it has nothing to do with ur phone, even mine started to lag after the new update and the ping went higher (From 20 too 40),

My PUBG is lagging so much, i have an iPhone 13 pro and it should support 90 fps etc, at least extreme in worst cases; it has so many drops randomly like fps freezes where it just stops in frame for a second or two which is pretty threatening to battle in the game. It’s only rly happened after the update and I reinstalled, cleared app, re downloaded everything and also repaired the game and it still doesn’t smoothly run

its faster after the update i suggest you just turn it off and u just raise your sensitivity if it feels slow. it will eventually work out.
but basically all they did wss raise the amount of swipe acceleration while adding a setting where u can enable or disable the swipe acceleration. Would've been wise if they didnt mess wit the swipe acceleration or if they at least let us control how fast we want the acceleration to be
