Hello, my account was stolen while I was doing my military service, for a whole year I did not have access to authorization for this account. A new account (id: 51495134099) was created using my social network (VK) account that was used on the previously lost PUBG Mobile account (id: 5358551810). If necessary, I can prove that this account previously belonged to me, in many ways.
- Account creation date February 6, 2019
- The first nickname was TRXUBLEMVKER, I can list a few more previously used on this account - Lffy凶TEMPESTO, KSUMOTA, qloud, HellHound (this is not all, but most) and the last nickname Degurech4ff was just before my account was stolen.
- I have many screenshots taken directly from this account
There are probably more ways to prove my veracity, the above methods came to mind first.

It's your personal preference and this is not an issue that customer service can help with. The cool-down is there for a reason and you cannot bypass that. There is a clear indication before you change your server and you can only change it once in 60 days. This is same for everyone. Hope you understand.

It's a very Risky change and you can't rely on it.

If you do not have access to any login method, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to retrieve access to your PUBG MOBILE account. You can still try to contact the customer service in-game. Your other option is to create a new account and continue playing the game. Also, please be advised that your account security is your own responsibility.
Your rank will be reset according to your new server. Unfortunately, we will not be able to help you with this any further. Your only option is to wait patiently to change your server again.

So basically, my friend had an account linked to his Facebook account, we were playing together and he had to go so he disconnected. But then, when he decided to come back, his account got disconnected and when he tried to log in again he had to create a new account. He tried all the other social medias but none of them was linked to his account.
He has the same profile picture on his facebook and his account and he doesn't use other social medias so it's sure that the account has been linked with it.

Also, you can try to reinstall PUBG MOBILE through your device settings > General > iPhone Storage > tap on PUBG MOBILE, tap on Offload/Reinstall. This will reinstall the game and keep your resources, @night cloak.

It's possible to run higher frames than refresh rate on any device, you just wont see much of a difference. It's recommended to not exceed your display's limit, because your device will unnecessarily render extra frames.

The option to enable secondary verification may not be available for your account, @crisp venture. You don't have to worry about it if the phone number linked to your account belongs to you as it will be needed when enabling secondary verification. To start with, you can try to logout from all the devices from both your social media accounts and PUBG MOBILE, change your password and make sure that you use different and unique password for all your social media accounts. Also, enable two-factor authentication for your social media accounts to better protect it from unauthorized access.
