It means that the secondary verification has been enabled by you or an unauthorized, @buoyant dirge. When that is enabled, you will need to log into the account with verification code when trying to log into the account on a new device. As the phone number does not belong to you, you may be locked out of your account.
As for the second part, you can skip that for the time being or you can just include the names of the linked social media accounts. Also, let customer service know about that and let them respond in a timely manner. Include as much details as possible in your report along with the required information.

Click on "Rank" to check current Top 100 rankings. You cannot exactly check how much points you need left to reach Conqueror as other players are always gaining or losing rank points.
From my experience, I would recommend checking the 100th player's rank points, then try to estimate how much you need.

Top 500 players can reach Conqueror, but the rankings only show Top 100.

You should generally stick to killing the bosses as they give the best loot, also killing players is a great way to get high value items also.
