On 16.02.2022, I bought 300 cues 'in-game', but the fee determined for 600 uc was deducted from me, and 300 uc was deposited into my account. I set up support from within the app and they told me that I could request a refund, and they even left a link for it. I requested a return and my refund was approved. .Afterwards, I started to have a constant deduction from my account. I thought that I was sanctioned for making an illegal purchase, but I sent my invoice to the support team many times, proving that I did not make an illegal purchase, but I still did not get a response. I have been dealing with this problem for 4-5 days. The support team is definitely helpful. It doesn't work, they give the same answers all the time. Later, I made another 300 nib purchase, but the fee was charged, but the uc was not credited to my account, so when I contacted them again, they said it was cut off. However, when even 5 nibs are deducted from my account, I receive a notification called a refund warning. For 300 nibs, definitely such a thing. I didn't receive notification. From my account When I asked how long the terminal deduction will be, they said they could not give me the information. Why am I being sanctioned, even though I sent an invoice to prove that I did not make an illegal purchase from my account, and since we have such a sanction, I want to know when it will end and how much more tip deduction will be made from my account. Unfortunately, I'm unable to understand that language, @autumn cypress. For most cases, UC is deducted when you have made purchases from unofficial or illegal sources in the past. The UC will be deducted until the total amount has been recovered. As we only provide community support through this platform, we will sadly not be able to help you with this. You can try to contact the customer service again. Your other option is to make up all the UC that was purchased unfairly.

You cannot do that unless there is an option available to delete your account through your in-game Basic settings
