I was playing squads on 22/2 normally when I suddenly got banned for 10 years. I was on conqueror tier with 6500+ pts top 300 in asia. I didn't cheat and i was super confused. Livik is the most played map here in Pakistan. No one plays Erangel. I can find match on erangel and not livik. So there must be really some issue on the server side.

The difference in MS may be because when playing with friends you were not the team leader and the player that was may have had a different server from yours in their settings. Please try again to play with friends and make sure you are the team leader.
