Hello I need some help geting my account back. Someone from the game hacked into my Facebook and unlinked my pubg account and then linked there Facebook to it. It took me a long time just to get my Facebook account back since they uploaded some bad images so I was banned from Facebook and after lots of work and loop holes I finally got my Facebook account back. I went to go log into the game and it made me start from scratch. I've been playing since the game came out and I'm level 69 and I'd absolutely hate to lose everything. I tried the help support center in game but it's a bot and keep hitting dead ends. Is there an email I can plead me case to? I have in-game videos and screen shots to prove I had access to the account. it's been almost 3 months since I have been in my account and I have friends I talk to on Instagram from my clan and they say it's mostly inactive but once in a while someone will log in. I have discord chats to from the person who hacked my account. They got me to click a link to try and join a tournament and I clicked on the Facebook log in and that's how they got into my Facebook and unlinked my account and then got my Facebook banned so I had no control over it. Please any help would be appreciated.

Considering 200 as the only UC in my account although I already had some extra UC in my account. I purchased Prime Plus a Week ago. They gave me 300UC instantly and 20UC everyday.
Today, I purchased 650UC by UC Station Event. My account is supposed to be having 1100+ UC, but it only contains 865 UC in it.

If you think someone else has access to your account , please change your Facebook/Google (or what ever account you use to log in to your pubg) account password. Then open pubg mobile and click "log out from all other device" this will log out your account from other device that You've previously logged in .
