@unborn bone the poco x3 pro chipset is capable of providing 90FPS easily but it's not available from the PUBG developer's side itself since they only push this to some partnership mobile brands, it's kind of exclusive, there is a gfx tool on Google play to enable it but it's risky and can get your account banned.

Please report cheaters through the report feature in the score/spectate section at the end of every match or in the basic information section of their profile via friend search, @silk raft. He did cheated but cheating doesn't only mean usage of 3rd party tool like hacking softwares etc. That's why he didn't get banned for 10 years. If you pay a closer look at the message they never mention that this player cheated by using hacking softwares they just mention cheating.

Got it! This might be an issue with your internet connection. Please try to do a Routine Repair of the game from login menu and clear game cache one time. Also, reset your device settings through Settings > General Management > Reset > tap on Reset again > Reset All Settings. Confirm the action to reset the device settings.
