I didn’t saw the changes and purchased 5 rp rebates but now its only 540
points left. now I am unable to get any rp points because of new rp point limit
system .Now my 1000 uc are stuck Please Have a look at this problem and
help me out many players are facing this issue.For further details i am
attachhing screenshots below kindly do something about this glitch or whatever it is.And get this fixed as soon as possible.

Thanks for the prompt response. I have already tried that 3-4 days ago but people flood the channel with chat and arguements between them which makes it harder for the community staff to read every concern I guess and don't really want to repeat my post as I might get muted 😦
You don't have to worry about that. All messages related to the channel will be answered from the community team. The answer maybe late sometimes depending on how much the community team is busy but don't worry they will answer.

There are the community team which is Tencent employees but they are not technical support.

You may try routine fixing the game may help a little. But as much as i can see your device specification is so low bugs and alot of issues is to be expected. Feel free to report such bugs in #old
