I’ve invested my hard earned money on that account. I am genuine guy who is seeking for help please help me. I have never hacked or done something beyond PUBG policy as I love this game so much. My account region is Singapore and I recently moved to a different country. Singapore region had the option to redeem blue crystals in game and my friends in the country I reside now say they don't have blue crystals. Like um, they have red crystals meanwhile I have blue crystals because my account region was in Singapore till now. Hey there, xray tells you the location of enemies, and auto aim means that a program gives you reactions far past human capacity.

"Auto Aim" is essentially aimbot, where cheaters automatically snap to players and never miss. "Xray" is essentially ESP, where cheaters can see the location of other players through objects. Cheaters often use both.
Get killed by a player with no name that's glitches outside of the map in metro.. I reported it.. do something about the dam glitching .. because it's becoming a dam joke at this point
In put a code that kills you instantly when you glitch out of the map.. and it will fix the glitching.

It's just a normal procedure to make sure that you didn't cheat or violate the terms of service. Usually this process doesn't take a lot of time so very soon you may see your account ranked once again.

Calm down it's not me it's the security team. This process is usually done so that none of the cheaters gets to the leaderboard. It's nothing you should be frustrating yourself about. You will be ranked once the investigation is done.

Trust me it's for your progress to be counted right. The security team will do as much as they can so that there isn't any cheater in the leaderboard so bare with them and let them finish their investigation.
Due to that they are investing alot of time the security team needs to make investigations to clear cheaters from leaderboard. You don't want a cheater really to take your position in the leaderboard.

The X-ray or other violations which gets written after you make a judgment is the other Investigator judgment to the violation not the security team. Stop hating PUBGM and try to use your brain for couple of minutes if the security team wrote X-ray then why tf would they even let you watch the video they would've just banned him. The elite Investigator title was removed because there is a whole new titles for being an Investigator who got that title earlier good for him for those who didn't they got way more pretty and whole new titles. Stop saying that Error 403 doesn't go through the feedbacks I'm more then 100% sure that not only Error 403 but alot other staff members goes through them daily you just don't get to see that as a member. Trying to make you understand how the Community team works is just impossible for your little brain. Also regarding the player base decreasing where is your documents or proof of that ?

If they asked for the registration date of your account, you can try checking when you first downloaded PUBG MOBILE or by checking the date you linked your first social media account.

You would usually create (and register) an account as soon as you download the game. I do not know what you did then, but if the date is incorrect, you will need to somehow find it out.
The customer service already has this information with them, but they need you to provide it so that they can confirm your ownership of the account.

This maybe frustrating for you but you need to link the new account with another Soical media link and wait for 20 days +7 unlinking days. to be able to remove your game center link. I'm unsure if deleting the account will actually remove the link so be better stay at the safe side and use the way I've described above.
