I have been contacting pubg support since the day when my account was hacked.from 2022-01-05 to 2022-02-02 I always try to contact pubg support.and sending mail to pubg support every day and still i see the same message if this happens i think i will loose my account and hacker will easily enjoy my account without any issue.As a season 1 player i really respect pubg community and i didn’t expect they will not help me after providing them my all uc purchase receipt.

@lime juniper Hello. S1 4Yr veteran here. | My concern | : I won a top 100 spot in the PMGC "Lucky Guess" Event. The prizes for my spot (14th) were PMGC set, PMGC Guess Master, and PMGC Avatar Frame. The event finished the 23rd (the final day of PMGC) Then the event was removed on the 30 of January the same month.

I still haven't received any prizes. Is it normal for PUBG to remove an event before handing out the event prizes?

I still have PMGC Tokens which says they'll be removed along with the event. But the event I won (PMGC Guess Master) was removed on the 30th.

Summary: I won a pubg event promising mythic and title and still haven't received them. Event removed on 30th today is Feb 2nd.
