Well It's not a bot, you can contact the customer support through the file a claim by typing i want to contact an agent. A pop-up will say contact us you can contact them through it. Their answer won't be different from each other because simply their work is to review your account and answer you if cheating was found if not the account will be automatically opened. Having the same exact answer to everyone doesn't mean that the security team didn't review your account. Also asking for video or picture or other data from the security team as evidence for your violation is not possible because it simply would risk the anti-cheat system and rather help cheater more then stopping them.
