They will get their names changed not banned. Not everything is ban. As Piston already told you yesterday that you should report it to the ingame customer support and wait for 1 week if the names wasn't reset you may mention Piston or Error403 for that

They are real employees you just need to understand how to use it and answer the faq bot correctly. You don't need a human to answer millions of messages that get sent on daily basis that is either sometime useless or just that the support can't help with that.

Taking longer times doesn't mean that the employees are lazy or not doing their job they just have alot of requests to handle very carefully because a small mistake mean alot such as the hacked accounts etc. You need to have patience

It’s not the employees I don’t have a problem with at all, they’re just doing their jobs, which I understand. They’re doing what they’re paid to do. The customer support for any platform or game have their Guidelines whatsoever you write to them the answer will be what the Guidelines are for example if you request to unlink an account in pubgm they will ask for registration date and payments failure to provide those they just can't do anything similarly with any support team it just depend on the way of communicating the information for you to understand it either by being so polite or just giving you the point straight forward.
There are a multitude of offenses ignored after you report them. IGNORED.
Report things, told no offense in game security, show them to someone finally and they say Oh Yeah for sure! then they get "justice"
Their process is broken, Im Inst III and dont care enough to keep doing it because they arent handled.
That is why things like hatespeech I drive home, they wont ban the real alternative game chair players, so might as well drive home what I can. Hatespeech is cut and dry. They should have no place in a global game.
Yep. Also, the situation with the bugs like the parachute lag and the spiking ping in the servers. No response or patch notes for that. I’m sick and tired of having 100+ MS in my own server, even after trying EVERYTHING by the book.

Well about the bugs yes there is alot the developers always do their best to fix them in time but there is just some bugs that can't be fixed simple as that
. About the cheaters you are so wrong about that the game has fought cheaters so hard I've played more then 250 matches this season barely 4 players was cheating. You just need to accept the fact that there is slot of players that is better then you in the game. Someshots may appear to you loke wow that's hacking but in reality it's that guys being good or it's a lucky shot not saying that there isn't cheaters but they are very very low in numbers if you look at the latest statistics each week most cheater doesn't get their way out of bronze.
Like out of all of this, my biggest main complaint is that PUBG Mobile just keeps pushing out more and more content which leads to more bugs, rather than taking the time to fix the current bugs that damage this games rep.

You have the classic maps without modes just play them. If you see that adding more content is a bad thing it's not if they didn't do that then what is the point of players playing more then 3 years in the same routine over and over again? Changes must happen not only to pubgm.
I do. Problem is, matchmaking is quite dead in the other five maps besides Erangel. Specifically for Duos and Solos. Squads are just fine.
Sure would be nice if we can play the classic maps without the events. IF we even get into any match lmaooo.. are u aware that matchmaking lately is taking up to 20 mins ? Because there’s just too much going on🤦🏻♀️

About the matching time it was just an expected issue to show up sooner or later players usually see it more joyful to play with their Squad rather then solos and duos. Also countries with huge pool of players banning the game is also a big loss for the community of players and as a company. I'm pretty sure that the new upade have some changes in the maps that they will be more noticeable maybe that will push some more players to play.
Right like I wanna play Vikendi and Sanhok for solos and duos, but 9 times out of 10 will there be NO ONE THERE.

I'm not entirely sure what the issue was, but I ended up fixing it by entirely resetting all app data, have to reinstall all my graphics and maps and all, but it's better than not being able to play for god-knows-how-long
