This information cannot be changed at a later time because of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - even if you have switched country or mistakenly selected an EEA country.

Under this regulation, PUBG MOBILE cannot move your data to a different country. Hence they cannot change your country in-game. Hope you understand.

I’m not sure about this but most of the time AWM headshot should be enough to knock enemy regardless of the helmet used. In your case, a single headshot and no knock can happen but it’s rare. I can only assume that it’s gotta do with distance since a shot longer than 230m can reduce the damage or that the shot is registered to the neck instead of full face shot.
