So a lot of people have been getting scammed and hacked by someone, they basically hack someone’s account by asking someone to sign up for a tournament and input information to a site that seems legit , but the person uses that site to take your information login change it and you lose everything. I have done everything I can with Twitter to get back my account but they have failed me I lost a 7000 dollar plus account due to this and no one is willing to help, just letting y’all know to spread the word. The person typically asks to play a duo tournament and continues to beg they can be anyone of your friends but that’s the typical thing from now on don’t participate in tournaments unless you know it’s legit

There is no option to change region in your account because your account is registered or created in the EEA regions, you either intentionally or mistakenly selected an EEA country while creating your character, or have switched your country to one of the EEA regions. Once you have transfer your data into one of the EEA regions, there is no way to out due to the GDPR laws. So your only option is to create a new account, or continue playing in the global English version of PUBG MOBILE. There is no other way to change your region. If you have any further questions regarding this issue, feel free to contact the in-game customer service.
