There should be "Moderate snow" themed event in-game from which you can get those items. If you have already finished all the missions then you may wait for future themed events in-game.
The "Heavy snow" event should start soon.
How come others already have the song?
You can upload your sensitivity to the in-game cloud and save your controls too. Sadly, your general settings will be reset. You can also take screenshots of everything if you want to be safe.
There was a "Light snow" event before the "Moderate snow" event started which also gave these items.
You can always check out your ping for all the servers from Account and Safety settings in-game, @tidal adder. You can select the server which is the closest to you to get less ping. Feel free to leave your feedback in #old.

Hey so I recently bought the new Google pixel 6 pro and it's a great phone. I used to play on iPad but now I play on this phone. I'm running into a huge issue while playing that is giving me a huge disadvantage. My screen shakes while I'm looking around or using my thumb on the screen to look left and or right. This problem is making my eyes hurt as sometimes the screen shake is worse than others. I've never had this issue in the past and I've tried these steps so far

Unfortunately, your phone is not able to support 60FPS because the game is much more updated than January 2021.
Well, ask your friends to start the match as the same team you will get their server MS.
And once you change your server you are not able to change it before the cool-down end.
This is not something we can help with, @rose swan. If you want to play on regional servers, it is more preferable that all the players in the team are from same region. If one player is from a different region, you will most likely connect to non-regional servers.
