Having trouble with transferring Pubg id to Bgmi.
Its showing "the account is currently ineligible for data transfer"
I reached bgmi support with all screenshots of transfer attempts. Amd and they said the issue is from the side of Global Version of pubg.
The account is 2 years old.

I saw support replies here to others for the same issue. And we are just being given a lame reply that this is the global Support of English version.
Then please provide the link of Right Support. Instead of leaving us in the air to hunt and search for the right support. Which i think is nowhere.

That in-game support is filled with auto replies. Its been thousand times i tried this too with every different way. But its only programmed with auto replies and if it doesnt get the query, the issue itself get closed with an auto reply.

If you are in Egypt amd using WE as your internet service provider please restart the router couple of times until the game start working properly or go to the router settings and change the ipv4 couple of times untill the game works again.

If the customer support answered with the information isn't correct you need to sent them the right information. They do ask for the account creation date not downloading date. They ask for the first payment not just a random payment please read their requirements and send it or otherwise they won't be able to help.
I downloaded the game for fhe first in an android phone and there’s no way I can find the registration date so I contacted google play support and they sent me the installation date , the first payment isn’t random I sent them my first payment and it was exactly in 30/08/2019 in season 8

you probably used a vpn or gfx tool which are against pubgs rules.
Use of any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game is a violation of our terms of service and will result in an account suspension, @dense dock.
its just an 1 day ban so hopefully you cant stop using any third party app and play without problems.
I request to unlink one of my account but after three days when i open pubg in morning it say failed to unlink and when i try to request again it showing this notice... pls help me
i think they having unlink issues. or u may just have to update / reinstall the app as adviced in order to solve your issue
