If you are referring to the accounts which was registered in the Europe region and protected by the GDPR LAW then not Error not Tencent not BGMI have anything to say or do about it. It's a law by the Europe union which prevents any company in the world not only Tencent to move a byte of data without the government consent.

On IOS, try to disable background syncing and auto updates.
When you connected your device to Wi-Fi, often auto updates and syncing turns on. You need to disable this manually. Auto-updates are the main reason for high ping if you have good internet connection.
She has tried that and it didn’t work. She just tried logging in on her brothers android device and it was still 260 then her brother logged in and he was 150 ms on the same android device .
We think it has to do with her account now because they should have the same ms from the same device and wifi

The new anti cheat software will not only ban you, it will also ban the device you play on based on the Wifi address.
(Your device unique identifier is called a MAC address for pc’s. On mobile devices it can also be referred to as Wi-Fi Address.)
You got banned with the old anti cheating software which wont ban your device.
In case you violate the guidelines in future, then your device will be banned from the game too.
