Got it! Thank you, @drifting crest. Please try to follow my steps. Go to your device settings > General > Background App Refresh > Tap on PUBG MOBILE and disable that option and enable it again. Restart your device and see if it will make any difference.

Hello, this is my account that got false banned back in s19, I've contacted in-game customer support and it's been either irresponsive or left me hanging. I'm a s16 double conqueror and all talent finalist and I'm nowhere close to teaching, you could check my youtube videos for proof (dm me for link), my team (SFC eSports) have uploaded our clips on the youtube channel of Shibe and my clips are there as well and if you look at that it's enough proof I'm not using any unfair means and if that isn't enough I have enough proof from people who have played with me supporting that I'm a legit player. As you can see, I've been playing this game for a while now and I have spent a ton of cash on this game, looking at in-game support not responding is nothing but depressing. I'd be really grateful if y'all could actually help me out and recover my account back!

I cannot quite understand your concern, unfortunately. If you are referring to the devices that are allowed in official PUBG MOBILE tournaments, there are only mobile devices allowed. Any peripheral devices or iPads are not allowed.

Actually you can fix that quite easily by using a 5GHZ wifi network make sure that your device also support wifi 6 for the best performance. Please note that the fake damage is just a packets lost in the way either to Tencent servers or back.

I don't think so because the files getting downloaded is on a different server from what the actual in match server.
As noted earlier your ping is 90 to 120 which is quite high though you should be getting between 20 to 35 ms in your region.
When I was play on WIFI alone I get ms 70 - 54 on Europe Then I think if I transfer to the Middle East I will get a better MS and the answer was unexpected I think that is the reason Then the problem of fake damage started to happen to me a lot

In-game latency is not something we can help with, unfortunately. That totally depends on the servers you're connected to. I don't think changing DNS server will give a better in-game latency.
