As mentioned earlier, this can happen due to an unstable internet, @civic pivot. Having a higher internet speed does not necessarily mean that it will stay stable as well. You can try to reset your network settings through Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If the issue still persists, please share a video recording next time.

In-game latency is not something we can help with, unfortunately. That totally depends on the servers you're connected to. I don't think changing DNS server will give a better in-game latency.
