You should first identify which of the login method has been compromised by the unauthorized person, then secure it by changing password and enabling 2FA, you may also contact the respective social media support in question for further assistance in this regard to recover it. And if the unauthorized person has linked their own social media link to your game account that you have no access to, you can contact the in-game customer service and request a support agent to unlink it for you.
