Hello Good day to you all. I don't know what's up with in game CC . Contacted them more than three times.. they told me that my issue will be resolved soon and they'll contact me back and after that no further response from them... Contacted insta and no response from them also... It's really sad for a game like PUBG Mobile to have a Customer service like that... Not even CC is doing it's job efficiently.... This is a terrible bug, I want you to figure out what happened and compensate. I twist roulette occasionally, but this is the first time. If I knew about such a flaw, I wouldn't twist it. The mythical quality costume is being replaced

I need some help, maybe someone here can offer me solid advice as I've send emails and requested help from the pubg customer services and received nothing thus far. About a week ago my game logged out all on its own and since then I have not been able to log back in, I've received a few errors when trying I'll attach them for ya.
Its super frustrating because this happened when I was 2 days away from securing my permanent riot outfit and could have then acquired the helmet as well. All of my efforts now seem to be lost as I've had to make a backup account to game with my friends, this was supposed to be temporary and so I havnt really been concerned with claiming rewards and such.
I'm pretty much desperate for answers at this point. I've done all the things the customer service bots recommended, even went as far as deleting and reinstalling the game and still nothing.

You cannot remove all social media accounts, @void bloom. It is possible that your account has been compromised or your social media was intentionally removed by an unauthorized person. That's the reason, it is redirecting you to create a new account. As of your third link, you will need to enter with the verification code. If you're unable to receive the verification code, try again at a later time or contact customer service in-game for further assistance.
I never connected it to any social media accounts in the first place, I registered and confirmed via email. I've been requesting a verification code since this started and havnt received a single email containing one. I've tried contacting customer services multiple time but you get an automated not response that gives you the same list of things to do (all of which I have already done) and offer 0 further assistance

Bqck in that time pubg service wasn't that good as now so i simply created a new one
My question here is
I didn't do anything disagree with pubg mobile rules and i didn't cheqt as well
