At the beginning, I have reported couple of times yesterday when i was playing pubg as usuall that the game is glitching whenever I try to use any throwables during the matches which causes unusuall movements of my player. And I have explained that I tried to repair the glitch by restarting the phone and the app but with no use. Today I was shocked by being banned for 10 year for regulation violation.

I have not done anything purposely that violate pubg regulations and I will definitely not do any attempt to risk my account with such things because I have invested a lots of money in my account to make it distinguished and have fun playing the game with my team mates.

Therfore, I kindly request your team to review my account to make sure that the ban decesion is just not right.

At the end, the painful part is that I have always tried to have a decent and clean gaming experience for everyone and have always followed PUBGM instructions and regulations like reporting the issues back to pubg team, reporting hackers, reporting glitches and other game issues as I felt that Im a honor member of PUBG community.
