Got it! You may try to disable the Bluetooth option if it is enabled in your device, @night cloak. You can also try to go to your device settings > Additional settings > Accessibility > Hearing. Disable Mono Audio option. If it is already disabled, enable and disable it again. Restart your device and see if it will make any difference. If the issue still persists, it is possible that the game will prefer device Microphone over your headset to avoid latency issues.

Got it! Please try to follow my steps, @fallow root. Open the Twitter login in-game, do not enter your login credentials. Instead, scroll down a little and you will see an option ''Accounts and sessions''. Tap on that option and try to login from there. Login the account and restart the game and see if it will make any difference.

The unauthorized person can only access to your game account via your linked login method. What happen when you try to access to your game account in the global version with Facebook, your only login method?

Unfortunately, if you do not have access to your PUBG MOBILE account with any of your linked login methods, it is not likely that the customer service in-game can assist you any way. The unauthorized person may have accessed your account through Facebook, linked their login methods to your game account and unlinked your Facebook.

My region rankings are not beign refreshed and they don’t hold any record at all im over diamond i had several titles and now i got nothing and i get matched with a game with 100% cheaters all the time its rediculous the matching you give me and you still match me with these top 10 players like QUATRA and Just KURT who are. Heaters of course and you never considered bqnning them even tho i submitted a video proof of them cheating fix my matching and fix my matching please im getting tired of dying like an idiot and i repared the game several times and i redownloaded the game and everything its really tiring but it wouldn’t get fixed
