You try to fix a bug for everyone, and it turns out that it was fixed for everyone, but a new bug appeared for 500 of the devices. And you fix the new one on 100 devices; something goes wrong with the other 400 devices. It is an infinite loop from that point. It takes a few hours to fix an issue for a device, but to avoid the bug from creating ten more bugs - it takes quite a lot of time.

I understand that these are very unfortunate, but there’s no easy fix for these. Please be patient with the developers and try to know that they don’t want people to have a bad experience. They do their best, but this stuff doesn’t just happen super quickly.
