I’ve experienced it for seasons due too not having a server for my region. This is because my ping is high. If you opponent is on high ping it can cause the same issue for you.

Hello, I have been reporting the lag problem in the game for couple of days now. Would be great if the support team could actually look into it. Because it has been a pain to play the game. Imagine walking 200m towards your pin point just to get teleported back to the original spot and having to walk again and may even get killed by enemy due to the lag. I'm not sure if this is a bug in game or what.

our ping is at 20-40ms only. But getting teleported happens too
It's not even only walking. People would just randomly get disconnected mid game while looting things. Or when driving, you would teleport back like 50m.

I moved to Canada from India 5 months ago. I was playing the global version until recently I got an error which blocks me from logging onto the game. The error shows up as ' your account data has migrated to another version. Cannot log in to this version. Please download the correct version before trying again'. So I guessed my account must have migrated to BGMI as I was playing from India till 5 months ago. I downloaded BGMI and found out that there was an error in that too. It showed up as 'server is busy, please try later. Error code: restrict-area'. So basically I don't have my account in both versions.
