Once your data has been transfer to another version, you no longer to play PUBGM Global English version. There is no way get back, the only one way left wich is, create a new account to play on global version or contact with in game customer service to know about your current version of that account.

The Vietnamese version is only meant for players who are currently residing in Vietnam, and if you do not reside in the said region, we do not recommend downloading and transferring your account to a different version which it is not meant for your region, however, once you have logged into the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play or transfer your account data back to the global version. Matchmaking can take some time if there are not enough players online playing that mode/perspective at that specific time. The match cannot start if enough players don't join in. You may try playing a different game mode and perspective for now or try again later on when there are more players active, @magic solstice.
It seems like not enough players are playing the game mode you are trying to play on your server currently which is why it's taking time. You might try changing it to Duo or Squads game mode and see if you get a match faster.

The KR/JP server is mainly for Korea and Japan players, @magic solstice. Since it has very less players based activity, you should switch to your own regional server that is Asia. Especially if you would like to play solo mode.

The KR/JP server is mainly for the players in Korea and Japan. The player base there is maybe not as big as other servers or there are currently not enough players playing due to their timezone. Also the activity in solo game mode may be less since it is not as popular as the other modes. We are unable to help if there isn't a sufficient amount of players playing, sadly. I suggest you try a different mode or you may have to wait.

Apologies for my delayed response. As long as your device have the potential to run 60 FPS, it should not cause any damage. After analyzing the specifications for your device, I think it should be fine to use 60 FPS if they are enabled by default in-game.

so here's the thing. my downloaded maps disappear and delete when i restart the game and i need to download all of them once again. it is happening since yesterday
i cant participate in scrims since ysterday. this issue doesnt let me play any map other than erangle only if i download it and let the game stay open
