Matchmaking can take some time if there are not enough players online playing that mode/perspective at that specific time. The match cannot start if enough players don't join in. You may try playing a different game mode and perspective for now or try again later on.

It may be because the server of the lobby you are connected to is further than where you are currently located, @odd wing. Unfortunately, this not something that we can help you here. When you start a match, the system will match you will others players and start a match as soon as possible, and that may connect you to a lobby that is located further from your location.

Due to you having semi high ping you’ll experience this a lot. I do myself too due to not having a server for my region. Unfortunately you’ll need lower ping to avoid having this issue.

Hi, Pubg team i want to change my region.
Currently my region in pubg mobile game is United Kingdom selected by defautl but i wants to change in Pakistan. By doing in games settings it did not work. I also message in game customer service but it also did not help me out so please help me and change my region to pakistan.

still have this problem i reinstall the game nothing changed help me
