Please try to follow my steps.Try to go to your device settings> General > Background App Refresh and turn on Background App Refresh. Also, make sure that Background App Refresh is turned on for PUBG MOBILE. If it is already turned on, then turn it off for PUBG MOBILE and restart your device. See if that will help.

Can you make sure your hands are not making any unwanted touches specially on the corners? This usually happens if you have big fingers and you are using alot of them at the same time. You can also try to adjust your joystick and see if that helps.

You cannot restart or stop an ongoing room match. If you leave the match as a spectator or player, it will continue until the match has ended.

It would be nearly impossible for me to figure out the issue without physically be there to determine the issue and help you resolve it. It is either a software or hardware issue, or something to do with your control layout; I am not really sure. Feel free to ask other players in #pubg-mobile and they might have a solution.

I want to change my country region to India in PUBG Mobile Global Version in order to transfer my data to Battle Grounds Mobile India. I accidently changed my region to United States Pre-Ban but now I am unable to change it to India. Can a support person or moderator please help with this on DM or here?

I restarted my device twice and cant restart my router because I am using mobile data. I can download everything on CoD mobile fine, everything is working perfectly besides PUBG. I'll try customer service.

The system will automatically detect where you are and you should be able to change your region to that region.
But in india it shows error so it doesn’t show the option of india

If you are currently residing in India, it should automatically detect that. Please try contacting the customer service in-game and see if they can help you out.
