The latency in classic matches may differ from the lobby and cheer park latency. Considering that there are less players playing on emulators, the game may not always connect you to regional servers. Instead, you may get connected with non-regional severs that may cause higher latency issues. That is not something we can help with, unfortunately.

I have also tried "Repairing" and "Uninstalling & Reinstall", neither if it works.

Yes I'm using a very stable internet. Cleared everything and deleted and re-downloaded PubgM and QQ as well. But still it's not working.
Please make sure that you have not logged out the account from where you have generated the code in the first place. If this happens, you will need to regenerate a new control code. Also, make sure that you are copying the control code in the same layout you have originally generated.

The patch released this week addresses the following issues, and more:
▫️ Tapping to use the Royale Pass M2 Upgrade Card in the inventory would display the wrong season information, but function normally in the Royale Pass.
▫️ Tapping the punch button would occasionally be unresponsive.
▫️ The Light Machine Gun settings are missing in Miramar and Sanhok.
I just tested the beta version and it works fine for me. Matching time is a bit long yet I managed to enter a match without facing any issues.
This means the issue is at your end.
Make sure that your beta client, device, and network connection are configured properly then try again and see if it works.

My account had an anonymous login and I was able to change my password right away but now my server is stuck to Europe, I’m guessing that’s where they played on. I lost my tier progress which was in North America
Unfortunately, if your server has been changed recently, you won't be able to revert this change till the cool down timer resets.
So basically I can’t file a claim because my account got hacked into?
I don't think filing a claim will resolve your issue, as securing your account should be your own responsibility.
You already tried to contact in-game customer service, so your only option is to wait for the cool down timer to reset.
