You have 1.5.0.15340. Also, you should not let anyone play from your account as this is against the terms of service of PUBG MOBILE.
Once you login to the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play in the global version with the same account, no matter the reason. This is a restriction from the Vietnamese government and developers cannot do anything about it. So, unfortunately, for now, you'll have to either play your account in Vietnamese version or you can create a new account in the global version.
Both Screenshots have different versions. The last screenshot has the latest version. It is possible that the unauthorized person has transferred your account to another version. For that, you will need to download the relevant version or contact customer service in-game.

I do understand your frustration but securing the account is your own responsibility.
You should have retrieved your hacked social media as soon as possible to avoid such situation.
Unfortunately, once your account data has been transferred, you won't be able to transfer it back to the global version.
Your only option is to reach out to the customer service of the other game to get access to your account, hopefully.

My account was hacked in PUBG .. I called the technical support and they did not help me .. The hacker changed the copy number every time I restored it until the account was banned .. Can I restore it 😢😢😢😢
