Consider that you are using the correct Facebook account to link, but the game notified you that it is currently linked to another character, it can only mean that you have created an account using the Facebook account before. When you start a match, it will connect you to the nearest server of the location that you are currently residing, but the server locations cannot cover everywhere, therefore, shorter distances from a server provide you with the lower ping and hence a better game-play, while further distance requires additional miles of optic cable for the data packets to traverse, thus higher ping.

For now that's the only solution, find someone you trust who has iphone, i repeat someone you trust, enable 2 step authentification On twitter, so that access is limited to you aproving it. Remove helmet and then its done.

As responded earlier. If you have logged in via your social media accounts from the login menu, the social media account will be automatically linked to a new account even if you were in the character creation section.
If you want to use the same social media to link to the account that you want to, you will have to finish creating the new character then unlink it from that account via the basic settings, so that you can use this social media to link to your main account again.

There isn't. The GDPR law simply doesn't allow you to do that.

Data might be transfered to a certain countries which have a set of rules that are similar to GDPR. If you aren't a residence of one of those countries then nothing you can do.
If you click that you will get 2 options. If you accept, then nothing would happen. If you disagree, it will prompt you to delete your account. It's not meant to transfer your account outside of EEA region as it is not possible due to the GDPR law.
Once your data is transferred into one of the EEA regions, your account is bound to the GDPR laws, and as long as the law exist, you are not permitted to transfer your account at will due to this government law. We are unable to assist you in this regard.

Try to open your account from another device. Change your in-game charachter and outfit, then you will be able to access your account again.
