Hi, my app keeps closing everytime I open it, it loads and then turns off, I've redownloaded it completely, cleared cache and data, I've checked if I have enough RAM and Storage I have lots, it works after redownloading for 10 seconds but keeps going off, need help! If the system detects that unauthorized activities have been performed on your account, there is no way the customer service can restore the account after a suspension.

I stated this yesterday but, my app keeps closing everytime I open it, it loads and then turns off, I've redownloaded it completely, cleared cache and data, I've checked if I have enough RAM and Storage I have lots, it works after redownloading for 10 seconds but keeps going off, need help! My wifi isn't an issue either I've turned it on and off. It was working 2 days ago but now it's not, I uninstalled webview on android and then updated it but nothing, I downloaded the app on other wifis and data including resources and still ita doing the same thing. My account isn't banned either and I have a Samsung s10 note which isn't old.

When you start a match, it will connect you to the nearest server of the location that you are currently residing, so you cannot consider your lobby ping (your ping connecting to the nearest local server) as your in-game ping (your ping connected to the Asia servers of PUBG MOBILE).
